Product Designer UX/UI (m/f/d)

München
Full-time
Permanent employee
65,000 - 75,000 € per year

Your task

  • Development of customer journeys and user flows for our B2B and B2C products, from our web form to our Data Intelligence applications.
  • Creation of wireframes, UI designs, and prototypes through to implementation-ready designs.
  • Building, documenting, and establishing our company-wide design system. You will have functional ownership of it.
  • Optimizing the conversion rate of our web form: analyzing the funnel, developing hypotheses, implementing improvements, and measuring their impact.
  • Independently identifying weaknesses and opportunities in our digital products and developing suitable solutions.
  • Close collaboration with Product Management and Frontend Development, from the initial idea through to release. You will also work with Marketing on selected topics.
  • Continuous improvement of user guidance and conversion on our website, with a particular focus on the ordering process.
  • Visual preparation of product-related content, for example for presentations.

Your profile

  • Product design experience: You have several years of experience designing and owning digital products end-to-end, ideally in finance or fintech, or with checkout and conversion flows in e-commerce.
  • UX/UI expertise: You are confident in interaction and UI design and have already built or significantly developed a design system.
  • Independence: You work autonomously and are comfortable building context on your own. You make well-founded design decisions even where no established standards exist yet.
  • Data affinity: You analyse funnel and usage data, derive hypotheses from it, and assess based on the results whether a change has actually had an impact. You are also comfortable working with simple database queries.
  • Collaboration with development: You enjoy working closely with frontend developers and have a solid basic understanding of frontend technologies and technical concepts.
  • Languages: You have German language skills at C2 level and English skills at least at B2 level.
  • Nice to have: You bring a strong hands-on mindset as well as initial experience with API-driven or technically complex products and with qualitative and quantitative user research.
